Comrade Kabiru Ado Minjibir, also Deputy National President of Nigeria Labour Congress NLC was elected at the 24th plenary session of the network held in Abuja.
The meeting, had in attendance Health sector Unions from Ghana, Togo, Liberia, Mali, Burkina Faso, Benin Republic, and Sierra Leone.
Dr. David Tenkorang of the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association was elected Secretary to pilot the affairs of the Network for the next two years.
In his acceptance remarks, comrade Kabiru Ado Minjibir, pledged to lead by example and thanked me network fot the confidence reposed in him.
Meanwhile, the Medical and Health Workers Union MHWUN, has expressed confidence that Comrade Kabiru Ado Sani Minjibir, ( the magayakin ) Minjibir will live up to expectation.
A congratulatory message signed by the Secretary General of the Union Comrade Auwalu Yusuf Kiyawa prayed to Almighty Allah to guide him appropriately in his new assignment.
