Arewa Progressive Initiative Decries Niger Military Ruler’s Criticism, Highlights Nigeria’s Diplomatic Strength
The Arewa Progressive Initiative (API) has expressed deep dissatisfaction with recent remarks made by the military ruler of Niger Republic, describing them as a contemptuous attack on Nigeria. Speaking to journalists in Abuja, the API spokesman, Alwan Hassan, emphasized that such criticism undermines Nigeria's standing in the region and fails to acknowledge the country’s critical role in fostering peace and stability in West Africa.
