Students of Maryam Idris Umar College of Education Visit Kano Hajj Demonstration Site
Muslims faithful have been advised to acquire practical knowledge on how to perform Hajj in order to get rewards from God Almighty. A team leader on practical Hajj in Nassarawa local government area, Malam Yau Garba Sulaiman, stated this while briefing the students of the Arabic department of Maryam Idris Umar College of Education, Kano, on excursion visit to the Kano Hajj Demonstration site. Malam Sulaiman explained that seeking knowledge of every aspects of Islam before practicing them, especially the performance of Hajj and other related Ibadat, is very significant for the Muslims ummah. A statement signed by the college's head of Media and Public Relations, Ado Salisu, described the visit as excellent and well suited to the education needs of the students.
