Task Force on Development Control Addresses Irregularities in Kano State
The Kano State Task Force on Development Control has intensified efforts to monitor and address irregularities in land use and building developments across the state. Speaking during a routine operational visit, the Secretary of the committee, who doubled as the Director Admin and General Services of the Ministry, Hamid Sidi Ali, highlighted the commitment of the committee towards ensuring compliance with approved building plans and land use regulations. According to the task force, the exercise is part of its mandate to sanitize building developments and eliminate breaches of the Land Use Act.
