NLC Deputy President Facilitates With Wayya, Ma’aji On their New Roles
The Deputy National President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Comrade Kabir Ado Minjibir, who also serves as the National President of the Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria (MHWUN) and President of the West Africa Health Sector Unions Network (WAHSUN), has lauded the recent appointments of Comrade Ibrahim Wayya and Comrade Nura Iro Ma’aji as commissioners in Kano State. Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf appointed Comrade Wayya as Commissioner of Information and Internal Affairs, while Comrade Ma’aji was assigned the portfolio of Commissioner of Public Procurement. The appointments were subsequently approved by the Kano State House of Assembly.
