Coalition of Ulama, Islamic Organisations Advocate Peaceful Politics in Kano
The Coalition of Ulama and Islamic Organisations in Kano State has urged politicians, their supporters, and members of the public to embrace peaceful conduct and mutual respect in all political activities across the state. In a statement issued by the Secretary of the Coalition, Dr. Saidu Ahmad Dukawa, the group expressed concern over recent cases of political violence and the growing trend of abusive language during political engagements. According to the Coalition, such actions pose a threat to public peace and contradict the cherished moral and cultural values of Kano State.
