Kano Task Force Offers Rehabilitation to Repentant Drug Addicts, Warns Against Political Interference
The Chairman of the Kano State Multi-Agency Task Force on Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, Barr. Muhuyi Magaji Rimingado, has called on individuals involved in drug abuse to renounce the habit, assuring them that the Kano State Government is ready to provide rehabilitation, reintegration, and economic empowerment for those willing to embrace a new life. According to the Secretary of the Committee, Ibrahim Garba Muhammad PhD, Barr. Muhuyi made the declaration on Sunday while addressing participants at a Peace Building Programme organised by the Dorayi Ciranci Youth Development Initiative in partnership with the Nigeria Police Force, Kano State Command, in Dorayi, Kano.
