In a renewed effort to complement government initiatives in Kiru/Bebeji Federal Constituency, Hon. Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa PhD (Jarman Bebeji) has approved the sum of twenty-five million, seven hundred and eighty-four thousand naira (N25,784,000) for additional infrastructural and empowerment projects. The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's KS relief's volunteer medical team performed 28 cochlear implant surgeries for children in the Republic of Kenya on Saturday, all of which were completed successfully. Speech and language rehabilitation services were provided to 28 children, and 28 educational sessions for the children's families were organized, benefiting 50 individuals.  This assistance was part of the Saudi Sama'a Volunteer Program for cochlear implantation and auditory rehabilitation for Kenyan and Somali children in Kenya, with the participation of 20 volunteers from various medical specialties.

The Federal High Court in Abuja has been asked to compel the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) to investigate the petition filed by a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) Incorporated Trustees of Athletics and Other Sports Development Initiative over allegation of misappropriation, diversion of funds.
