Kano State Commissioner for Information and Internal Affairs, Comrd Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya has urged media outlets and politicians to promote a culture of respect and tolerance in the broadcast of radio political programmes.  In a statement signed by the Director Internal Affairs of the Ministry, Waiya made during a meeting with heads of media houses in his office, where he emphasized the need to safeguard Kano's rich cultural heritage of decorum, decency and respect for elders and constituted authority.
